Partners in Mission is thrilled to announce that Cristy McNay has joined the firm as a Partner, expanding our capacity to help Catholic schools strengthen enrollment management and drive sustainable, mission-centered enrollment growth.
Cristy brings years of hands-on experience as an enrollment practitioner and consultant, working directly with Catholic school leaders to improve recruitment, retention, and long-term enrollment health.
Most recently, Cristy served as an Enrollment Solutions Consultant for Catholic Schools at Finalsite, partnering with dioceses and schools nationwide to support enrollment growth. Previously, she held enrollment leadership roles at both La Reina High School, where she increased 9th‑grade enrollment by 30% and boosted retention by 33% over a five‑year period, and Bishop Garcia Diego High School, where she drove overall enrollment growth and raised retention from 86% to 94%.
Cristy holds both a master’s and doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and has conducted in-depth research on the critical correlation between leadership’s empowerment of enrollment managers and the health of Catholic school enrollment.
A graduate of an all-girls Catholic high school and a parent of Catholic school graduates, Cristy brings a deeply personal commitment to Catholic education. She believes exceptional customer service and relational excellence are foundational to any successful enrollment management strategy.

Originally from Southern California, Cristy now resides in Las Vegas and continues to advocate nationally for mission-driven educational growth.
