Cristy McNay, Ed.D

Cristy McNay

Cristy McNay serves Catholic schools and dioceses to strengthen enrollment, deepen mission clarity, and build sustainable growth strategies. With 17 years of leadership experience working in and with Catholic schools, she has served as Dean of Enrollment Management, Director of Admissions, Director of Advancement, and an Enrollment Consultant.

Cristy believes Catholic schools must move from transactional systems to relational and ultimately transformational processes. She believes that enrollment and advancement are not merely operational functions; they are opportunities to build trust, foster belonging, and advance mission. Her leadership has strengthened retention, grown enrollment, and revitalized advancement efforts while expanding engagement among families, alumni, and board members.

She specializes in mission-driven enrollment strategy, retention planning, advancement growth, leadership development, and translating data into clear, confident action. Her approach is rooted in customer-centered service and the conviction that authentic relationships drive sustainable growth.

A graduate of an all-girls’ Catholic school and the parent of Catholic school and university graduates, Cristy believes deeply in the transformative power of Catholic education. She holds a B.A. in Social Science, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership focused on listening-centered leadership, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a focus on enrollment management in Catholic schools.
