About the Principal Opportunity

The next Principal will build upon this strong foundation by deepening Catholic identity, strengthening academic outcomes, and supporting the continued success of the dual language model. Through visible and relational leadership, the Principal will foster a culture of excellence, belonging, and faith formation for students, faculty, and families.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A practicing Catholic whose faith is visible, authentic, and actively shapes the culture, decisions, and daily life of the school
  • A bilingual or culturally fluent leader who can effectively support and strengthen a mature dual-language program and celebrate the school’s diverse community
  • A mission-driven educational leader who understands and articulates the distinct value of Catholic education and ensures the school is Catholic in both name and practice
  • An instructional leader who advances curriculum development, academic rigor, and teacher growth across all grade levels, including the continued development of the middle school program
  • A collaborative and supportive leader who builds trust with faculty while holding high expectations and supporting professional excellence
  • A clear, consistent communicator who engages effectively with parents, faculty, students, and parish leadership, ensuring transparency and timely follow-through
  • A disciplined and fair decision-maker who enforces policies consistently, especially in student discipline and parent-facing situations
  • A strategic and organized administrator with the ability to manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and long-range planning for school vitality
  • A relational and visible presence who fosters a strong sense of community and maintains meaningful partnerships with the pastor and parish
