Charlotte Catholic High School, a college preparatory school in the Diocese of Charlotte, is seeking a faithful visionary President to begin service in July 2026. Established in 1955, Charlotte Catholic has grown into one of North Carolina’s premier Catholic secondary schools, serving over 1,200 students in grades 9–12. Rooted in the mission of forming virtuous disciples of Christ, the school is dedicated to academic excellence, faith formation, and service to others.

The President serves as the chief executive officer and visionary leader of Charlotte Catholic High School, responsible for advancing the school’s Catholic mission through strategic leadership, advancement, enrollment management, and fiscal stewardship. Reporting to the Diocese of Charlotte Catholic Schools Office and working in close collaboration with the Principal, Board of Trustees, and administrative team, the President provides overall leadership for the school’s operations, advancement, and community relations.

The President will:

  • Champion and strengthen the school’s Catholic identity and mission in alignment with diocesan priorities.
  • Serve as the chief ambassador and spokesperson, fostering relationships with students, parents, alumni, benefactors, and the broader community.
  • Oversee advancement, marketing, and enrollment initiatives to ensure continued growth and sustainability.
  • Partner with the Principal to support academic excellence, faculty development, and student formation.
  • Ensure sound fiscal management, facilities oversight, and long-range strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic in good standing, possess a master’s degree in education or educational leadership, and have significant administrative experience in Catholic education. The President should embody integrity, professionalism, and a deep love for the Church, serving as a visible and faith-filled leader of the Charlotte Catholic community.
