Philip Brach joins Partners in Mission with over two decades of transformative leadership across the Catholic advancement, corporate, and non-profit sectors. Most recently, as Vice President of College Relations for Belmont Abbey College, Philip oversaw all external relations and resource development, driving the strategic growth of the institution.
A cornerstone of Philip’s career was his role as a co-founder and Assistant Dean of the Busch School of Business at The Catholic University of America. There, he successfully led an $80 million campaign to launch the school while teaching courses in leadership and philanthropic management. His background in educational advancement also includes serving as Vice President for his alma mater, St. John’s College High School, and as Director of Development for the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University of Maryland.
Philip’s strategic acumen was forged in the corporate world. He began his career with Mobil Oil, later serving as a strategy consultant for Ernst & Young. As a co-founder and CFO of the SQAD Company, he was awarded three patents for innovative marketing inventions. His commitment to mission-driven work is further evidenced by his tenure as Executive Director of the Midtown Educational Foundation and his service as Chief of Staff for Congressman Jeff Fortenberry.
