Madeline Conover brings her passion for mission-driven, inspired Catholic education and her organizational and recruiting skills to Partners in Mission as an Associate.
Madeline began her career working for her alma mater as an admissions counselor, working with high school students as they discerned their college choice. She strengthened her love of travel, relationship-building, and counseling while working in the Southeast and Midwest states. She then worked with university professors in educational publishing as an acquisitions editor, before being pulled back into college admissions as the Director of Admissions for a new university, the Catholic Institute of Technology in Italy. After successfully recruiting new board members, an inaugural cohort of students, and leading marketing and operational initiatives for the university, she moved back to the United States. She is excited to refine and strengthen the school search process allowing for the next generation of bold servant leaders to find wonderful academic communities within K-12 Catholic education.
Madeline has a B.A. in Politics and Spanish from Hillsdale College. She lives in Chicago, Illinois with her golden retriever Cowboy. She loves going to workout classes and is getting her Lagree certification. Her young nieces and nephew speak French and Italian, so she spends her free time trying to keep up with them.
