Lauren Fredette is a nationally recognized expert in Catholic school advancement, strategic planning, and enrollment growth. With over two decades of experience, Lauren brings deep expertise, practical insight, and a passion for Catholic education to her work with schools across the country. Her approach blends sharp strategy with authentic leadership, making her a sought-after advisor to heads of school, boards, and advancement teams navigating today’s complex educational landscape.

Since joining Partners in Mission in 2011, Lauren has led more than 100 schools through successful feasibility studies, capital campaigns, and advancement transformations, often guiding institutions to achieve record-breaking fundraising results and stronger operational models. 

Prior to rejoining the firm full-time in a leadership role in 2024, Lauren held senior advancement positions at leading Catholic and independent schools including Sacred Heart Greenwich (CT), King School (CT), Trinity Catholic (CT), and Bishop Fenwick High School (MA). She has personally solicited and closed numerous seven-figure gifts and built advancement programs known for their alignment with institutional mission, data-driven strategy, and sustainable results.

A trusted voice in the field, Lauren speaks regularly at national and diocesan conferences, and her insights on leadership, philanthropy, and school sustainability are widely respected. She holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont, where she graduated first in her class.

Lauren lives with her family in Stamford, Connecticut, and is known among colleagues for her clarity, candor, and deep commitment to Catholic school leaders. Whether she’s guiding a board through a bold vision or mentoring a new advancement director, Lauren brings both strategic rigor and personal warmth and commitment to every engagement.
