Managing Partner
Lauren Fredette brings over two decades of leadership experience in Catholic and independent schools and Catholic organizations, with a focus on advancement strategy and execution, enrollment growth, and institutional planning. In addition to working directly with our partner schools and organizations, she helps guide the firm’s work with schools and dioceses across the country, drawing on her background in both frontline fundraising and executive leadership.
Her career has included senior advancement roles at Sacred Heart Greenwich (CT), King School (CT), Trinity Catholic High School (CT), and Bishop Fenwick High School (MA), where she built and led high-performing teams, designed sustainable fundraising models, and secured transformational gifts. Lauren’s advancement career began at Special Olympics Massachusetts, where she led statewide development and marketing initiatives and helped build what became one of the organization’s most successful grassroots fundraising programs. She is known for her ability to translate complexity into clear direction; helping schools focus their efforts, build capacity, and align resources with mission.
Lauren holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont, where she graduated first in her class. She is regarded for her strategic clarity, steady leadership, and deep commitment to the long-term vitality of Catholic schools and organizations.
