Kevin Quinn

Kevin Quinn

Kevin Quinn brings more than three decades of successful leadership experience in advancement, alumni relations, and communications. He has expertise across the breadth of advancement including developing and implementing integrated fundraising programs, assessing staffing levels, capability and team development, campaign preparedness, feasibility studies, strengthening annual giving and major gift programs, alumni association strategic planning, and board recruitment and development. With a quarter century of serving Catholic institutions, Kevin greatly understands their particular challenges.

Since joining Partners in Mission in 2019, he has served nearly 100 schools through engagements for campaign feasibility studies, campaign counsel, ongoing advancement counsel, board development, and advancement and institutional assessments. 

Immediately before starting his consulting practice he served as the Vice President for University Advancement, Marketing and Communications at Immaculata University, where he provided leadership for the university’s fundraising, alumni relations, and marketing and communications functions. Prior to Immaculata, Kevin served in advancement leadership roles at Saint Joseph’s University, Haverford College, Neumann University, and the social services organization Woods Services. He has also served as Interim Vice President at Delaware Valley and Neumann Universities. He has been directly responsible for leading annual giving, major gifts, alumni and parent relations, and comprehensive and capital campaign programs that raised more than $400 million.

A leader in the philanthropic community, Kevin has served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer and Secretary for the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Greater Philadelphia Chapter and has taught in the AFP Fundamentals of Fundraising program. He served on Saint Joseph’s University’s National Alumni Board and has served on numerous community and school boards. He is active in his parish community, Saint Andrew the Apostle, having served multiple roles with the CYO Board, including president and chair of the major gifts committee for his parish’s centennial campaign “Gift of Faith, Legacy of Love.”

Kevin earned both his undergraduate and M.B.A. degrees from Saint Joseph’s University. He and his wife of 30 years, Sarah, reside in suburban Philadelphia and are proud parents of two adult children.
