As a Managing Partner at Partners in Mission, Jim McGibbon leads strategic growth and business development. He also manages the firm's operational activities, including sales, marketing, finance, accounting, and general operations and management.
From 2008 to 2011, Jim was Managing Director of O'Meara, Ferguson, Whelan and Conway, which provided fundraising and advisory services to Catholic organizations, including the Archdiocese of Chicago, Marian University, St. Catherine of Siena Academy, and many others. In 2012, he served as CFO of Harlem Children's Zone, managing a budget of over $100 million.
Jim has over 25 years of experience in finance (Atomica CFO), accounting (Arthur Anderson), investment banking (Credit Suisse), private equity (Invemed), and Fortune 50 Business Development (Home Depot). He has been instrumental in helping growth companies develop their strategies and scale their businesses.
Jim graduated with Honors from the Haas School of Business Undergraduate Program (UC Berkeley). He lives in Nashville, TN, with his wife, a Catholic school administrator, and their children - all Catholic school-educated.
