JC Fredette brings a blend of youthful energy and technical skillset to the Partners in Mission team. A lifelong PIM superfan, JC is thrilled to contribute data-driven strategy, market intelligence, and operational assistance to the Partners.
As a student, JC spent years with the UNC Baseball team in an analytics role, providing insight to both players and coaches. After graduating with a degree in Math, he joined the development team of a school in New York, learning the ins and outs of making-the-ask and appeasing a Parents Association. He introduced the school to database segmentation, and in return learned the value of volunteer management. He currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he leverages his background in math, sports analytics, and institutional development to serve as the team's growth operations specialist: overseeing the firm's data architecture, focusing on pipeline hygiene, database consolidation, and demographic services.
On the weekends, JC plays as much tennis as possible. On Tuesday and Thursday nights, he plays chess at the Charlotte Chess Center. He’d love a chance to take you up on either one if you’re in the area.
