For over seven years, Anthony mentored current and future Catholic school leaders as an Executive Coach. Prior to his current role at Curriculum Associates, Anthony served as the Executive Director of Alumni Relations and Development at his alma mater, the Aquinas Institute of Rochester, a 725-student, co-ed, Catholic Jr./Sr. High School located in Rochester, New York. He also served as the school's President, leading various strategic initiatives and managing academic, business, and development operations for the historic landmark school. Throughout his tenure, Anthony oversaw the creation of the Advancement Office and an increase of the endowment from a value of $22 million in September 2019 to a value of $30 million in June 2022. Moreover, he solicited and stewarded gifts that led to a 39% increase in the school's annual giving program.

From 2013-2019, Anthony held the position of Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Diocese of Rochester, New York. As Superintendent and Director for the Office of Catholic Schools, he led 18 schools located in the 7,000 square mile diocese. In this role, Anthony supervised and supported over 4,000 students, 350 teachers and staff, and 18 principals. In his 6+ years as Superintendent, the diocese increased proficiency rates in ELA (16% increase in proficiency rates and 35% growth) and mathematics (28% increase in proficiency rates and 90% growth), as measured by the Grades 3-8 New York State assessments. Additionally, Anthony secured $800,000 in grants to support social and emotional learning program materials, interactive mathematics curricular materials, and scholarships for families.

Anthony holds a Doctorate in Educational Administration from the University of Rochester's Warner School and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from the University of Notre Dame's Mary Ann Remick Leadership Program. He serves as a trustee on three Catholic boards – The Aquinas Institute of Rochester, Nativity Preparatory Academy, and the Rochester Catholic Press Association.
