Catholic Memorial High School in Waukesha, WI is seeking its next Principal beginning in the summer of 2026. Catholic Memorial High School was founded by the parishioners of St. Joseph Parish in 1949. The school stands as a living memorial to 29 young men who gave their lives for their country.
CMH is an International Baccalaureate World School also offering Advance Placement courses as well. CMH is a college preparatory high school recognized for providing an outstanding and inspiring student experience that is rooted in the Catholic faith, emphasizing high academic rigor matched by high student support. Recent recognition includes Exemplary Recognition for Academic Excellence from the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and a Project Lead The Way Distinguished school for eight consecutive years for STEM curriculum. The Principal is the school’s Chief Academic Officer, and, as such, is responsible for the daily oversight of all academic affairs. The principal works the school administration, faculty, staff, and counseling department, as together they implement the Mission Statement (CMH Mission and Memorial Way Values) and philosophy (Academic and Student imperatives within the school’s strategic plan). The principal is directly accountable to the President.
The Principal is the recognized educational leader of the school and is thus responsible for all duties to maintain academic operations of the school, while ensuring the continual advancement of Catholic Memorial High School as the leader in Catholic formation and educational excellence.
