President
Trinity Catholic High School
St. Louis, Missouri

The Archdiocese of St. Louis is blessed with 26 Catholic high schools to serve the educational and religious needs of its community. Trinity Catholic High School represents one of the co-educational college preparatory schools within this robust and strongly supported Catholic education system.

In 2003, the excellent tradition of Catholic education in North St. Louis County continued with the establishment of Trinity Catholic High School. Trinity traces its legacy of superior, Catholic education back to 1948, when Mercy High School was founded in the heart of St. Louis. The legacy of Mercy High, and three other legendary institutions - St. Thomas Aquinas, Rosary, and St. Thomas Aquinas-Mercy - create the foundation upon which the Trinity tradition was built. Trinity has had an impact on thousands of young men and women. The school’s motto, “Ex Trinitate Unitas,” is translated, “from Trinity comes unity.” Since opening its doors, Trinity has united an entire community around the mission of Catholic education, and the need to develop young teenagers into men and women with the potential to make the world we live in a better, more peaceful place. Additional information regarding the Archdiocese’s most diverse college preparatory school can be found here.

While the President must have a demonstrated capacity for broad institutional leadership, it is possible that the prospective President could have attained this experience through a variety of different career paths, including primary, secondary, or tertiary education; non-profit management; or work in the corporate or public sector. Regardless of the career path, the prospective President must have demonstrated proficiency in building and maintaining community relationships that will ensure Trinity Catholic High School’s continued accessibility, success, and sustainability thought the effective stewardship of its parent, alumni, and philanthropic constituencies. An advanced degree in education or business-related fields is strongly preferred.

The next President will be expected to bring the energy, charisma and both the executive administration and fund-raising skills necessary for this school community to build on its extensive traditions and storied legacy, while being responsible for delivering excellence in a Christ-centered and faith-filled college preparatory education.

While a July 2018 start date is anticipated, ideal candidates prepared for an advance start date will be considered. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
