Achieving and Sustaining Educational Excellence with Workforce Excellence 

This service employs the same approach and processes as our services for Catholic identity above – only the focus of the practices and processes is different – excellence in education.  Here, too, our approach focuses initial reflection, discussion and implementation efforts on clarifying the relationship between our Catholic faith and excellence in education.  Again drawing from both our rich Catholic heritage and from modern Workforce Excellence “best practice” tools, an initial comprehensive assessment is completed with specific recommendations for focused, multi-year, planned efforts designed to increase awareness of the current issues and opportunities, develop a clear, concise statement of the desired future state, and create a transition plan for achieving the future state.  Initial assessments are normally completed within 3-4 months.  The process of developing the Workforce Excellence plans, and implementing the processes for achieving and sustaining educational excellence, can take one to three years.  The impact of significant improvement in educational excellence on your Advancement and Enrollment results will likely be significant.
