Advancement Team Professional Development and Training 

It is rare to find someone working in an advancement program that grew up believing advancement in a Catholic school or organization would be their career and life’s work.  Partners in Mission are testimony to this in that each member gravitated to work in Catholic education from a variety of professions.   While the skills required for effective advancement work are transferable form many professions, there is a real need for professional development and training in order to be truly successful.  We will assess your current staff and leadership to determine and provide the specific types and levels of training that will be most effective for implementing your strategic advancement program plan.   This may be delivered through our annual national conferences, on-site or diocesan workshops, one-on-one training, or electronic / phone coaching and mentoring.
