Board and Volunteer Leadership 

Every consultant or conference presenter speaks of the importance of leadership from your Board and key Volunteers.   From an advancement perspective, this means philanthropic leadership.  Partners in Mission agree and frequently speak about the importance of Board and Volunteer Leadership.  However, we take it further and provide the training, coaching, and mentoring that shapes philanthropic leaders among your Board and key Volunteers.   This usually occurs through specialized on-site workshops but can also be delivered through one on one or small group sessions, personal cultivation/solicitation visits, telephone and email.
